The "Silly Monsters" project for Galeries Lafayette Doha was a groundbreaking initiative that brought the imaginative creations of six children to life, earning a Gold award at the Muse Creative Awards 2024. The campaign was centered around a unique concept where each child drew their own monster, and with the collaboration of Galeries Lafayette and Digitek, these monsters were transformed into vibrant, 3D animated characters.


The project’s heart lay in the personal connection with the kids, who oversaw the entire process of their monsters coming to life. As a surprise, the monsters were later featured in a store takeover during a special event at Galeries Lafayette Doha, offering a memorable, interactive experience for both the children and visitors.


In addition to the main video, six interviews were created, each highlighting one child as they discussed their monster, adding a personal and emotional layer to the campaign. Social media also played a pivotal role, with 3D animation stunts designed to introduce each monster in a playful and engaging way, creating buzz and excitement online. The success of "Silly Monsters" showcased the power of creativity, collaboration, and storytelling in captivating audiences and leaving a lasting impact.
